The White House is considering the possibility of a meeting between US President Joe Biden and Russian leader Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of the G20 summit in Rome. “I have no predictions for you regarding bilateral meetings. At the moment, we are working on this on a daily basis, ”answered Psaki when asked about a possible meeting of the leaders of Russia and the United States.

Thus, she raised the issue of the G20 summit, which will be held in Rome for the 16th time.

Earlier it became known that Chinese President Xi Jinping will not be able to attend the G20 meeting, but agreed with Joe Biden to hold a virtual summit by the end of the year.
